M.L.Murphy Productions honors a 60 day refund policy on all online (non-reoccurring) training services we sell. That means you have 60 days from the date of purchase to notify us by either using a contact form on this site, or the site where you purchased the product. You can also email us at VIP (at) MikeLMurphy.com. We will issue you a full refund within 5 business days.
If you have enrolled in a monthly (reoccurring) service or training with us, then you must cancel that product 3 business days before the next billing cycle otherwise your card will be charged and we will not be able to issue a refund. That means you have 3 business days from the date of the next billing to notify us by either using a contact form on this site, the support tab within the product or the site where you purchased the product. You can also manually cancel your subscription within the member’s VIP area. We will issue you a full refund within 5 business days.
If you hired a consulting service from us, please refer to the contract you signed for specific terms on cancelation and refunds.
